  • 2 leeks
  • 1 bag / s soup powder, (mushroom cream)
  • Processed cheese, mushroom (1 corner)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in oil, season with salt and pepper. Cut the leek into fine rings and sauté briefly.
  2. Fill up with water and stir in the soup powder. Let cook for about 15 minutes. Thicken the soup with the cheese.
