Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan with the butter. Stir constantly. Add the brown sugar, then the eggs and stir well with the hand mixer. Add the flour and stir again.
  2. For the cheesecake mixture, mix together all the remaining ingredients and beat until creamy.
  3. Pour two thirds of the brownie mixture into the mold, spread the cheesecake mixture over it, then pour the rest of the brownie mixture over it and make a marble pattern with a fork.
  4. Bake at 180 ° for about 30-35 minutes.
