Ingredients

  • 6 apples, green and red
  • 150 g chocolate, white
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 150 g quark
  • 25 g powdered suar
  • 14 oreo cookies
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it

Instructions

  1. Separate oreo biscuits and scrape out the filling. Crumble the biscuits in a bag.
  2. Chop the white chocolate, melt it over a hot water bath and let it cool down lukewarm.
  3. Whisk the scraped oreo filling with cream cheese, quark, powdered sugar and liquid chocolate.
  4. Score the apples diagonally three times at the top and cut out notches at the incisions. Make sure that one edge remains. Below the notches, cut off the upper third of the apple and cut out the edge at the notches so that petals are formed. Drizzle the petals and edges of the apples with lemon juice.
  5. Hollow out the inside of the apple underside. Fill with the cream cheese cream and sprinkle with the crushed oreo biscuits.
  6. Poke the apple blossom on a toothpick and stick it in the middle of the earth.
