Shortcrust pastry:

  • butter 175 g
  • yolk 2 pcs.

Filling:

  • dried apricots 100 g
  • raisins “Gold” 75 g
  • red wine 50 g
  • cottage cheese 500 g
  • sour cream 500 g
  • cream 33% fat 240 g
  • eggs 4 pcs.
  • sugar 125 g
  • vanilla sugar 1 sachet
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Knead the shortbread dough. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll out and put in a mold.
  2. Soak dried apricots and raisins in red wine. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, cream, vanilla sugar. Beat the yolks with sugar, mix with the curd mass. Add dried apricots and raisins. At the end, add the whipped egg white.
  3. Place the filling on the shortbread dough and bake for 1 hour at 180 ° C.
