Ingredients
For the dough:
- 140 g suar, 300 flour
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 140 g butter or mararine
For covering:
- 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g suar
- 2 egg (s)
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 packs custard powder (vanilla flavor)
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 1 cup oil
- 0.75 liter ¾ milk
For the cast:
- 4 egg whites
- 4 tablespoon sugar

- Knead the ingredients for the dough and place on a baking sheet. Mix the ingredients for the topping well. Then put the topping on the dough (be careful, the mixture is very runny, use a high baking tray or baking rim).
- Bake the whole thing at 200 ° for about 25 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the cast. Beat the egg whites and sugar into snow (not too stiff), spread them on the hot cake and bake the whole thing for another 15 - 20 minutes at 180 °.
- The cake should cool for at least 3 - 4 hours, preferably prepared 1 day in advance.
