Ingredients

  • 500 g quark, (low-fat quark)
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla (for cooking)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 150 g biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. 1. Brush the glasses with butter / oil, then preheat the oven (175 °) 160 ° with convection.
