Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 100 g honey
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

For the filling:

  • 1 can apricot (s), or other, possibly fresh fruit
  • 200 g honey
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 packs custard powder (vanilla)
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175-180 degrees. Put honey, margarine, egg, flour and baking powder in a bowl and stir together with a spoon until the batter is well mixed. The dough is generally very soft. It shouldn`t be a solid lump. You can vary with the flour. Grease a springform pan and press the dough in with your fingers so that the bottom and the edges are nicely lined.
  2. Mix all ingredients well for the filling. But gradually add the sour cream, because the consistency should not be too runny. Sprinkle a little flour on the bottom and put the really well dried fruits on top. Then pour in the quark mixture and bake the cake in the oven for about 60-90 minutes (chopsticks test).
