Ingredients

  • 600 grams flour
  • 375 g butter or mararine
  • 300 g suar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 850 g pear (s), cherries or tanerines as you like, cleaned
  • 225 g butter, soft
  • 175 grams sugar
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
  • 500 g quark
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 300 g yourt (low-fat yourt)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Work the flour, 375 g butter, 300 g sugar, cinnamon and salt into crumble. Grease a tray and press 2/3 of the crumble mixture onto the tray as a base.
  2. Mix 225 g butter, 175 g sugar and vanilla sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Gradually stir in the eggs. Add the quark, yogurt and pudding powder and stir everything until smooth. Put some of the quark mixture on the crumble base and smooth it out. Then chop the cleaned fruit bite-sized and distribute evenly on top. Spread the rest of the quark mixture over it. Finally, sprinkle the remaining crumble on the mass.
  3. Place in the oven preheated to 175 ° C and bake for about 50 minutes.
