- 30 biscuit (s), (oreo biscuits)
- 60 g butter, melted
- g 1,000 low-fat quark
- 4 medium egg (s)
- 200 g suar
- 150 g butter, melted
- 1 pck. Custard powder, cream flavor

- Crumble the biscuits in a freezer bag with a rolling pin and then knead with the butter. Now distribute the biscuit mixture in a 26 mm springform pan and press firmly.
- In a bowl, whisk the remaining 5 ingredients all at once and place on the bottom.
- Now bake the cake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C for approx. 50 minutes!
- PS: Since all ovens have their own temperature, I ask you to look into the oven from time to time at the end of the baking time and do a sample!
