Ingredients

  • 30 biscuit (s), (oreo biscuits)
  • 60 g butter, melted
  • g 1,000 low-fat quark
  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 150 g butter, melted
  • 1 pck. Custard powder, cream flavor

Instructions

  1. Crumble the biscuits in a freezer bag with a rolling pin and then knead with the butter. Now distribute the biscuit mixture in a 26 mm springform pan and press firmly.

  3. Now bake the cake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C for approx. 50 minutes!
