Ingredients
Shortbread cookies 300 gram
Curd 500 Gram
Sour cream 100 gram
White chocolate 150 Gram
Set aside 50 grams immediately, this is for decoration
Dark chocolate 100 Gram
Butter 80 grams
Directions
Grind the cookies into crumbs, mix with melted butter and tamp them on the bottom of the molds to get such a base cake.
Next, mix the cottage cheese and sour cream so thoroughly that the mixture turns into a cream without large grains of cottage cheese, add white chocolate to them, and use a mixer to mix and grind everything again. Then add 50 grams of melted dark chocolate and mix. Smooth this mixture over the cake.
Melt the remaining dark chocolate, mix with milk to make such a liquid mass, and pour over the cream.
Now melt the white chocolate just as quickly. We begin to pour it over the dark, making stains-drawings with a toothpick. Let it stand in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, and then take it out of the mold and serve!
