Today we will teach you how to cook a delicious, aromatic, and beautiful dessert. We offer you a cheesecake recipe without baking. The dish as a whole is cooked for about 30-40 minutes, that is, you will spend so much time exclusively on creating this yummy. But for its full value, it must freeze, and this takes at least 2 hours. Ideally, the cheesecake should sit in the refrigerator for about 8 hours. Then it will acquire a perfect taste and will please everyone who tries it.
Ingredients
Baked biscuits 350 BC
Butter 125 g
Cottage cheese 700 BC
Cream 150 ml.
Condensed milk 300 BC
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Gelatin 30 g
Milk 125 ml.

At the first stage of cooking, we need cookies. It needs to be crushed as much as possible until smooth, that is, to small crumbs.
After that, we need butter. We melt it in a water bath or the microwave and pour it into crushed cookies. We mix these two components.
Now we take the mold for our dessert. We cover it with cling film and add cookies and butter there. We tamp it well. The cheesecake base is ready, so set it aside for now.
Next, pour the gelatin into a small plate and fill it with cold milk. Stir the mixture and leave for 10-15 minutes, so that the gelatin “swells” well.
Now let’s prepare the curd filling. To do this, we send cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, condensed milk, and cream of any fat content to the blender bowl. Beat the homogeneous curd mass.
Now we heat the gelatin in a water bath (but in no case bring it to a boil). Pour it into the card base in a small stream and beat again until smooth.
We send the curd base into a mold. To cool the dessert, it must be sent to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, and ideally for 8-10.
During this time, the dessert has cooled down, so we remove the ring and take away the cling film. Decorate the dish as desired. Dessert is ready!
