Instructions

  1. Grind the cookies into crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Tamp the resulting mixture in a mold, do not forget to make the sides. Refrigerate for half an hour.
  3. Beat the cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, cream, and vanilla gradually. Whisk gently.
  5. Pour the cheese mixture into the mold. We put it in the refrigerator for solidification for 3-4 hours, it is possible overnight.
