Cheesecake is a delicious and satisfying dessert that will not leave anyone indifferent! It is made without baking from cottage cheese, cookies, and peaches. Cheesecake is served frozen.
Ingredients
Cookies 150 Gram
Butter 200 Gram
Curd 500 Gram
Cream 200 Gram
Sugar 0.4 cups
Canned peaches 500 Gram
Agar-agar 5 tbsp
in powder
Directions
Crumble the cookies and mix with melted butter.
We tamp the cheesecake mold with cookies and butter and put it in the refrigerator to freeze everything.
Finely chop half a can of canned peaches and mix with sugar and cottage cheese.
Pour cream, water into a saucepan and add agar-agar, mix. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Pour the contents of the saucepan over the peaches with cottage cheese, add the remaining cream, and mix.
Put the filling made on the frozen cookies. We level and set in the cold.
Finely chop the remaining peaches (except for one or two) and put them in a saucepan, fill them with syrup from a jar, and pour half of the agar-agar. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Pour the cooked jelly into the cheesecake and decorate with the remaining peach on top. We send the dessert to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
