Ingredients
Cottage cheese – 400 g
Egg – 1-2 pcs.
Sugar – 3-4 tbsp
Salt – 1 pinch
Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet (10 g)
Ground cinnamon – 1-2 pinches
Flour – 3-4 tbsp
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 30 ml
Directions
Combine cottage cheese with sugar. Add eggs, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and flour. Mix everything well. Roll the curd dough into a sausage, cut into pieces. Form cheese cakes, roll them in flour.
Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil (2-3 tablespoons). Put prepared cheesecakes in hot oil. Fry the cheese cakes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (1-2 minutes on each side), adding oil as needed. Fragrant cinnamon and vanilla cheesecakes are ready.
