Cheesecakes with Cinnamon and Vanilla

The ideal breakfast for you is delicious, aromatic cheesecakes that are very easy to make. Cottage cheese for curd cakes should be fresh, not too fatty and uniform in texture.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 400 g
  • Egg – 1-2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet (10 g)
  • Ground cinnamon – 1-2 pinches
  • Flour – 3-4 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 30 ml

Directions

  1. Combine cottage cheese with sugar. Add eggs, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and flour. Mix everything well. Roll the curd dough into a sausage, cut into pieces. Form cheese cakes, roll them in flour.
  2. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil (2-3 tablespoons). Put prepared cheesecakes in hot oil. Fry the cheese cakes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (1-2 minutes on each side), adding oil as needed. Fragrant cinnamon and vanilla cheesecakes are ready.
