Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ kg potato (s), peeled, diced
  • 1 broccoli
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 920 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, smoked
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 50 g yeast (nutritional yeast)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli in the Instant Pot with approx. 230 ml water on a sieve for 3 minutes in the manual program. Then release the pressure and cut the broccoli into small pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients - except for the broccoli, nutritional yeast and lemon juice - in the Instant Pot and cook in the manual program for 10 minutes. Then of course let the pressure escape.
  3. Mix everything, then add the nutritional yeast and lemon juice and mix again quickly. Now add the broccoli and serve hot.
