Ingredients

  • 110 g butter
  • 50 g powdered suar
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g chocolate, tart (softened and cooled aain)
  • 100 g flour
  • 25 g cornstarch (Maizena)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites, (solid snow)
  • 100 ml cream - substitute (Rama creme fine for whipping or cream)
  • 500 g cherry (s)
  • Cake icing, lemon
  • Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites into very solid snow.
  2. Mix in the soft butter with sugar and yolks until foamy, stir in the cooled chocolate, coconut, the flour mixed with baking powder, corn cakes with Rama creme fine and finally stir in the egg whites.
  3. Fill into the prepared mold (size 26) sprinkled with coconut flakes, spread the cherries on top and bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° for approx. 30-35 minutes - when cold, sprinkle with icing sugar or coat with lemon glaze.
