  • 500 g natural yourt
  • 4 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and stone the cherries. Peel and slice the bananas.
  2. Put 4 cherries and 4 banana slices aside as decoration. Puree the rest in the blender and mix with the yoghurt and honey. Fill the shake into 4 glasses and serve with the decoration.
  3. 390 Kcal per serving.
