Ingredients

For the cream:

  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 250 g quark
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 5 packs vanilla sugar

Also:

  • 2 glasses cherry (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bottle egg liqueur

Instructions

  1. Whip the whipped cream until stiff. Mix the other ingredients for the cream together and carefully fold in the whipped cream.
  2. Drain the cherries well and fold them into the cream together with the egg liqueur. Put in the fridge for about 2 hours before serving.
