Ingredients

  • 250 g mararine
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 225 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 160 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 glass cherry (s)
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Stir the margarine with the kitchen utensil until frothy. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar and continue to stir until frothy. Mix and stir in the flour and baking powder. Stir in the hazelnuts as well.
  2. Grease a springform pan and spread about half of the batter into it. Mix the rest of the batter with the cocoa powder, add the drained cherries and place in the mold.
  3. Bake at 180 ° in a preheated oven for approx. 60 - 70 minutes. Let cool and dust with icing sugar.
