Ingredients
- 1 kg sweet cherries, weighed pitted
- 0.5 kg ½ banana (s), cut into pieces
- 100 ml kirsch
- 200 ml lime juice (approx. 3 limes)
- 200 ml juice (KiBa nectar)
- 2 packs preserving sugar (: 1)
- 1 packet citric acid

- Put the cherries and bananas in a large saucepan and mash them lightly. Add the preserving sugar, citric acid, kirsch, lime juice and KiBa nectar and stir in.
- Bring the mixture to the boil while stirring and simmer for about 4 minutes. Do the gel test. Pour the hot jam into jars and close with twist-off lids.
