Cherry-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Canned cherries – 100 g
  • Cherry juice – 50 ml
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Banana – 1 pc. (100 g)
  • Chamomile tea – 50 ml

Directions

  1. Brew chamomile tea. Cut the banana, add chamomile tea, beat with a blender. Add sugar and cherry juice (or water) to canned cherries. Grind in mashed potatoes.
  2. Put the smoothies in a tall glass in layers: first, the cherry puree in a 1-1.5 cm layer, then the banana puree in a 1-2 cm layer. Fill the entire glass in this way.
  3. You can garnish the smoothie with banana slices or cherries. The cherry and banana smoothie is ready.
