Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 lemon (s), the zest
  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 4 egg whites, beaten
  • Grease for the tin
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until frothy. Add the egg yolks, the zest of the lemon, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Under this mass the flour, sieved with the baking powder, and fold the egg whites. Spread the dough on a greased tray and cover with plenty of cherries. Then bake in the tube on the lower rail at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
  2. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
