Cherry Cake with Breadcrumbs

• 125 g mararine
• 200 g suar
• 3 egg (s)
• 100 g flour
• 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
• 100 g breadcrumbs
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 500 g cherry (s) (pitted sour cherries) (lass)

Instructions

1. Mix the margarine and sugar until frothy. Gradually add the eggs, flour, baking powder, breadcrumbs and vanilla sugar. Finally stir in the cherries.
2. Put the dough in a springform pan that has been greased and dusted with breadcrumbs. Bake at 180 to 190 degrees for about 45 to 60 minutes.
