Ingredients

  • 100 g ladyfiners
  • 30 g butter, melted
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 glass sour cherries
  • 100 g suar
  • 20 g cornstarch

Instructions

  1. For the cherry groats, drain the cherries and then mix them together with sugar and cornstarch without juice in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and continue to simmer while stirring until the mixture has thickened. Let cool down.
  2. For the biscuit layer, mix the ladyfingers into fine crumbs. Mix in the melted butter.
  3. For the cheesecake cream, whip the whipped cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, then gradually add the powdered sugar. Briefly stir cream cheese in another bowl until creamy. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese.
  4. Then, one after the other, fill the biscuit and butter mixture, cheesecake cream and cherry compote into 4 glasses.
  5. Chill for 2 hours.
