Ingredients

  • 150 g chocolate, dark, crushed
  • 125 g butter
  • 200 g flour
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa
  • 130 g suar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 glass morello cherries, drained
  • 100 g flaked almonds
  • 50 g chocolate flakes

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and the crushed dark chocolate in the 0.5 liter micro jug. (Stir slowly and repeatedly, preferably more often, at most 400 watts) then let it cool down a bit. Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder together into a mixing bowl. Add sugar and vanilla sugar.
  2. Close the bowl and shake well. Mix the chocolate butter with the eggs and milk and add to the dry ingredients in the bowl, close again, deaerate and then shake well so that everything is well mixed. Then stir again briefly with the spatula and fold in the well-drained cherries.
  3. Pour the batter into the lightly greased Ultraplus baking dish and sprinkle with flaked almonds and chocolate flakes. Bake open in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top and bottom heat for approx. 45 minutes.
