Ingredients

  • 500 g morello cherries (lass)
  • 2 packs cake icing, red
  • 200 ml cream
  • 250 g quark (40%)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • Lemon juice, a few squirts it
  • 1 pack chocolate sprinkles to decorate
  • kirsch
  • Sugar at will

Instructions

  1. Bring the morello cherries to the boil with juice and thicken 2 packets of mixed cake icing. Add kirsch and / or sugar as desired. Pour cherries into a glass bowl and allow to cool. Whip the cream, add the quark and fold in. Season to taste with vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Now distribute everything to the churches. Finally, decorate with chocolate sprinkles as desired.
