Ingredients

  • 25 g butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 125 g whipped cream
  • 250 g quark
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 glass sour cherries (drained weight 370 g)

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter and sugar in the pan. Add the oatmeal and roast until golden brown. Pour onto a plate to cool. Beat the cream with the mixer until stiff. Then add the quark, sugar, lemon juice and stir with the cream. Drain the cherries and pour them into a glass bowl. Pour half of the oat flakes over the cherries, then pour the curd and cream cream on top and top with the remaining oat flakes.
  2. Alternatively, instead of a glass bowl, you can also prepare 4 individual portions in champagne bowls or something similar.
