Cherry Curd Dish

Ingredients

• 4 packs quark
• 3 packs cream
• 2 points vanilla sugar
• 2 glasses morello cherries
• 1 pack chocolate flakes
• 4 cl kirsch, (if required)

Instructions

1. Mix the quark and cream, then add the vanilla sugar and stir everything well. Take the bowl that should be on the buffet or something, pour in a little quark, then a little cherries on top and then chocolate shavings. Keep doing this until the bowl is full. The top layer should be cottage cheese. On top of it come the remaining chocolate flakes.
2. The whole thing should be put aside.
3. (Tip: It tastes best the day after the party, I don`t know why, but then it`s super tasty)
