Ingredients

  • 250 g cherry (s), fresh
  • 50 g chocolate
  • 150 g mararine
  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 4 tablespoon egg liqueur
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 10 g chocolate flakes
  • 2 tablespoon egg liqueur

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the cherries. Roughly chop the chocolate.
  2. Mix the margarine, sugar and salt until creamy and mix in the eggs one after the other. Mix the flour with baking powder and stir into the mixture alternately with the egg liqueur. Finally fold in the coarsely chopped chocolate.
  3. Fill the dough into greased muffin tins or paper cases and bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  4. After cooling (approx. 30 minutes) decorate the muffins with whipped cream, which has been whipped with vanilla sugar until stiff, and sprinkle with chocolate flakes. Pour some eggnog over each muffin.
