Ingredients

  • 200 g cherry (s), pitted
  • 200 ml natural yogurt
  • 200 ml cream
  • 80 g suar or honey

Instructions

  1. Puree the cherries with the hand blender in a tall container. Whip the cream until stiff and then fold into the cherries together with the natural yoghurt. Stir in sugar or honey.
  2. Put the ice cream in a plastic jar and let it freeze in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
