Cherry Jelly

Ingredients

  • Cherries – 300 g
  • Water – 600 g
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Gelatin – 20 g

How to make cherry jelly:

  1. First of all, soak 20 grams of gelatin in 100 milliliters of water.
  2. Pour 0.5 liters of water into a saucepan, add 150 grams of sugar, bring to a boil.
  3. 300 grams of my cherries and take out the seeds. Put the prepared cherries in boiling syrup and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Turn off, add the swollen gelatin, mix.
  5. Let cool and pour into the dishes.
  6. Cool the cherry jelly in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Serve cherry jelly for dessert with buttercream and fresh cherries.
