Ingredients

  • 600 g sour cherries
  • Fat for the shape
  • 100 g marzipan (raw mixture)
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 5 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 5 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 100 grams flour
  • 150 g butter
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Wash, drain and pit the cherries. Put in a greased baking dish.
  2. Cut the marzipan into small pieces and mix with the sugar, salt, oat flakes, sunflower seeds and flour. Melt the butter over low heat. Let cool down a little and gradually add to the flour mixture using the dough hook of the hand mixer. Knead briefly to make crumbles. Sprinkle over the cherries.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 170 ° C) on the bottom rack for about 35 minutes.
  4. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
