Ingredients

  • 1 kg sour cherries, pitted
  • 50 g marzipan paste
  • 50 g block chocolate, white
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 500 g preservin suar 2: 1
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

  1. Bring the cherries to the boil with the water and lemon juice and cook for about 15 minutes until soft. Puree with the hand blender.
  2. In the meantime, chop the marzipan and chocolate into small pieces. Pour a teaspoon into each of the prepared jam jars.
  3. When the cherries are soft and pureed, add the preserving sugar and cook for another 4 minutes. Pour into the glasses and stir with a long, thin spoon. Close immediately.
  4. The amount is enough for approx. 4 normal sized glasses and one small one.
