Ingredients

  • Melt 150 g butter or margarine
  • 220 g cherry (s) from the lass
  • 250 g flour
  • 60 g oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200 g yourt or sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the flour with the oat flakes, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. In a second bowl, whisk the eggs lightly and stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar and butter.
  2. Then mix in the yoghurt and finally add the cherries. Mix both mixtures together and pour into muffin cups. Baking time approx. 20 - 25 min.
