- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g flour
- 2 tablespoon mineral water
- 1 glass cherry (s) (720 ml)
- some grease for the tin
- 150 ml vanilla-flavored ice cream
- some powdered sugar

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, slide in.
- Beat eggs and 2 tablespoon sugar until frothy. Stir in milk. Stir in the flour and mineral water, tablespoon at a time. Drain the cherries.
- Take the tray out of the oven, immediately grease the baking paper. Pour the batter on top, sprinkle the cherries on top. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes. Shape the ice cream into 4 balls or cubes.
- Sprinkle the pancakes with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Roll up with the help of the baking paper and cut into slices. Serve with ice and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
