Ingredients

  • 150 g flour, (whole rain)
  • 90 g suar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 130 g butter

For the cream:

  • 600 ml milk
  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
  • 100 g suar, approx.
  • 250 g quark, (curd cheese)
  • 130 ml sour cream
  • 500 g cherry (s)

For the sprinkles:

  • 210 g flour, (whole rain)
  • 100 g suar
  • 150 g butter, melt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, (coated)

Instructions

  1. Core and halve the cherries.
  2. Stir the pudding powder with a little milk until smooth, heat the rest of the milk and cook a thick pudding while stirring, stir in the sugar, allow to cool slightly and then stir in the curd cheese and cream.
  3. For the shortcrust pastry, knead all the ingredients well and immediately press the dough into a prepared 25 shape with your hands, prick a few times with a fork. Spread the pudding filling over it and cover with the cherries (press in gently).
  4. Spread the streusel over the top and bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° for about 40 minutes.
