  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 ½ liters water

Instructions

  1. Boil the cherries, juice and water for about 15 minutes, then add the sago and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the sago is transparent. Just before the end, add the sugar and stir well. Then put the soup in the fridge and wait until the cherry soup is really cold. Serve cold.
