- 300 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 cucumber (s), fresh, peeled
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- Fleur de sel

- In a salad bowl, tear the cherry tomatoes apart in the middle with your fingers. The juice should run out. Lightly salt the tomatoes. Cut the cucumber crosswise long ago and cut into bite-sized pieces over the salad bowl and also lightly salt. Cut the spring onions into rings, pour over them and also lightly salt. Let everything stand for 5 minutes.
- Pour the olive oil over it and mix well.
