- 500 g cherry tomato (s)
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon tarragon, dried
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- Black pepper from the mill

- Mix the tarragon with the balsamic vinegar and let it soak for about 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, wash the cherry tomatoes, dry them, cut them in half and then add them to the tarragon / balsamic vinegar mixture. Pepper properly and pour olive oil over it. Mixing.
- Under no circumstances should this salad be salted! Salt immediately spoils the special aroma.
- The balsamic vinegar should be thick and sweet. It is available from Italian direct mail order companies.
- Important: no salt! No acid!
