Ingredients
- 500 ml cherry juice
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
- 2 packs vanilla sugar, if you like it sweeter, take up to 50 g sugar
- 250 ml cream
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

- Remove 5 tablespoons of the cherry juice and mix with the pudding powder, cinnamon and sugar. Bring the remaining cherry juice to the boil, stir in the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil. Let the pudding cool completely.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the pudding.
- Tip:
- Small dabs of cream and grated chocolate are suitable for decoration.
- Is super quick and tastes especially good for children. Of course, all other types of juice are also suitable for this recipe, I tried it with orange juice the other day and that was delicious too.
