Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s), finely diced
  • 20 g butter
  • 20 g flour
  • 350 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoon mustard, coarse (rotisseur)
  • 1 tablespoon chervil, chopped
  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs. Steam the onion cubes in the melted butter until translucent. Dust with flour, sweat briefly and deglaze with the cold milk. Simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir in mustard, chervil and season with salt and pepper. Add the peeled eggs and heat them up in the sauce.
  2. In addition: boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
