Instructions

  1. Melt 160 g of the chocolate with the butter in a water bath.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
  3. Chop 120 g of the chocolate into large pieces.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract until thick and creamy. Add the liquid chocolate and stir well. Then sift the flour and stir in well. Finally, add the coarse pieces of chocolate and mix well one last time.
  5. Now place the dough in portions with a tablespoon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes at 175 ° C.
