  • 50 g suar, brown
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 150 g chocolate bar, (Snickers)

Instructions

  1. First dice the Snickers bars.
  2. Mix the butter, peanut butter, honey and the two types of sugar until creamy.
  3. Stir in the egg, then stir in the flour, baking powder, salt and finally the Snickers cubes. Chill for about 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  5. Place a good 1 tablespoon of dough in each case on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. They should still be soft in the middle when you touch them, then they are really nice and chewy.
  6. Instead of chopped up Snickers bars, you can of course add chocolate chips or peanuts, but this gives the cookies a somewhat firmer consistency.
