Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 100 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 150 g soy yourt (yourt alternative)
  • 20 g almonds, chopped
  • 30 g blueberries
  • 20 g raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Put the chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl and stir. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes and let it swell.
  2. Stir in the soy yogurt and add the remaining ingredients to the chia yogurt.
  3. Approx. 369 Kcal per serving.
