Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoon seeds (chia seeds)
  • 200 ml milk, plant-based (rice and coconut drink)
  • 100 g strawberries or other fruit

Instructions

  1. Stir the chia seeds into the rice and coconut drink and let soak overnight. Depending on the amount of liquid, the pudding will be more watery or firmer. Serve the strawberries or other fruits with the chia pudding to taste.
  2. Due to the sweetness of the rice-coconut drink, no additional sugar has to be added. If it tastes not too sweet, you can add honey or syrup if you like.
