Ingredients

  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 50 ml coconut milk light
  • 60 g berries, mixed, frozen
  • 100 g mano (s), frozen
  • 50 g blueberries, fresh
  • 1 strawberry, fresh
  • 1 leaf mint

Instructions

  1. Thaw frozen mango in a tall container and set aside.
  2. Put the chia seeds in a nice glass. Use a Tupperware box for the office. Pour coconut milk over it and stir gently. Pour the frozen berry mixture over the chia pudding so that it thaws slowly. Let it swell overnight.
  3. Mix the defrosted mango with a hand blender and layer over the berry mixture. Wash the blueberries and pour over them. Wash the strawberry and cut in half. Wash the mint leaf. Place the halved strawberry and mint on top of the blueberries as a decoration.
  4. I added strawberries separately so that it looks more attractive. And you can`t get enough of it in the strawberry season.
  5. This dish is great for preparing a healthy start to everyday office life or for breakfast at home.
  6. Alternatively, other fruits can also be used. It is important that the second part consists of frozen fruits and thaws them on the chia pudding. This releases more liquid.
