Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds, made into gel, see my recipe for chia gel
  • 3 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • some vanilla, ground
  • some strawberries or blueberries
  • papaya
  • some fruit pulp, stirred cold, optional

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia gel with the coconut milk and the xucker until the xucker dissolves. Add cinnamon and vanilla.
  2. Wash the berries and cut into small pieces if necessary. Peel the papaya and cut into pieces, amount as required. If you have cold-stirred fruit pulp, you can add a few tablespoons.
