Chia Mango Pudding

Instructions

  1. First remove the kernel and the skin from the flesh of the mango and puree briefly in the blender, so that a uniform, thick mass is created. Distribute this evenly between two glasses and place in the freezer for 1.5 - 2 hours until the mango mixture is no longer too flowable.
  2. Put the chia seeds in the almond milk and add honey, vanilla or similar to taste. refine. Stir the liquid for about 2 minutes until the seeds begin to swell. Then put the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Then add the chia mixture to the mango mixture and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight. Only then does the pudding-like consistency arise.
  4. Garnish with nuts as desired before serving and enjoy.
