Ingredients

  • 150 g almond milk (almond drink), alternatively oat milk or similar.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 handful blueberries

Instructions

  1. Simply stir all the ingredients together, except for the blueberries, and let them soak in the refrigerator overnight (at least two to three hours). The chia seeds then create a pudding-like consistency.
  2. Then add the blueberries as a topping or simply mix in and enjoy.
