  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), vanilla flavor
  • fruit, e.g., pear, mango, apple, fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. Mix 100 ml almond drink with the 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and let soak in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then stir again and leave it to stand in the refrigerator overnight, so that a pudding-like mixture is formed.
  2. Then add the soy yoghurt to the mass and decorate with fruit (can also be frozen fruit) as desired.
